Full access to all services, including shopping assistance, linen care, pre- and post-visit checks, and seasonal villa prep.

Service Details

1 Water service (daily inspections, regular checks of water and filtration systems)

2 Use of recycling station

3 Collection of cardboard, electrical appliances, etc. (additional fee applies)

4 Monthly patrol of villa property and surrounding area

5 Monthly exterior check (fire hazards, locks, breakage, etc.)

6 Opening and closing of water valves (once per year), winter inspections (5 times)

7 Emergency inspections during disasters, including immediate reporting

8 Temporary storage of mail and packages (upon request)

9 Support during absence and arrival at the villa

10 Key handoff service

11 Preventive and emergency measures for fallen trees, power line hazards, etc.

12 Weeding (May & October) and leaf cleanup (November) – exterior areas only

13 Owner Page access and monthly photo management reports

14 Monthly indoor cleaning and air ventilation

15 Linen storage, cleaning drop-off, and pickup (cleaning fee charged separately)

16 Pre-winter freeze prevention and spring villa preparation

17 Post-visit checks for forgotten items, lock status, lights, and fire hazards

18 Shopping service for groceries and supplies (cost of items billed separately)

19 Indoor garbage disposal service  

20 Pickup/delivery of cleaning items and bed-making service upon request
