Website Launch – July 1st
We’re excited to announce that our new website will go live on July 1st. You’ll be able to find all the latest updates, news, and helpful information right here.
New Rubbish Station – Also from July 1st
A new rubbish station will be available for community use starting July 1st. Access requires a pincode, which you can receive by contacting Takita-san directly — either in person or by phone.
Please note: the office is closed on Wednesdays and open from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM on other days.
Summer Weed Cutting Schedule
Regular weed cutting will take place throughout July and August. Please keep this in mind when planning your outdoor activities.

Villa Repairs and Odd Jobs
Jibuzaka Planning (治部坂企画) is available to conduct basic repairs, odd jobs, and services such as electrical work, plumbing, renovations, and extensions at the villas.
